  • Grant funds are limited and awarded according to grant guidelines and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Grant funds are rolling throughout the financial year and are scheduled to close on the 28th of February 2022. However, if demand is high, grant funds may be closed early.
  • As part of an ongoing review our grants programme may change, so please check this portal for current details before making an application.

Community grants now available to support coronavirus work

The Hyde Charitable Trust has launched a community grants programme to provide funds for external delivery partners and organisations carrying out work in Hyde’s communities throughout the coronavirus crisis. Applicants can apply for a grant of up to £20,000 if they are delivering services focusing on these themes:

  • Employment and skills

  • Youth work

  • Reducing isolation

  • Mental health and wellbeing

  • Food poverty and affordability

  • Reducing the impact of violence

  • Community cohesion

These grants will only be approved where it is clearly demonstrated that Hyde residents will benefit. Please contact the Successful Places team to arrange a discussion prior to beginning any application
