Please note:

  • Grant funds are limited and awarded according to grant guidelines.  Applicants are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Grant funds are rolling throughout the financial year and are scheduled to close on the 28th of March  2023. However, if demand is high, grant funds may be closed early.
  • As part of an ongoing review our grants programme may change, so please check this portal for current details before making an application.

  • Pre-assessment Questions

    • Have you spoken to SP Managers about your application?
    • Have you engaged or work with Hyde residents on this project?
    • Do you have and can you upload all the below documents? Please ensure these have been reviewed within the last 3 years.
      • Copy of your governing document (constitution, memorandum, and articles of association or equivalent)
      • Child protection, Safeguarding / and if relevant Vulnerable Adults Policies and procedures
      • Equal opportunities / diversity and inclusion policies
      • Health and Safety statement/policy
      • Public and indemnity insurance

Community grants now available to support coronavirus work

The Hyde Charitable Trust has launched a community grants programme to provide funds for external delivery partners and organisations carrying out work in Hyde’s communities. Applicants can apply for a grant of up to £20,000 if they are delivering services focusing on themes below:

  • Young people

  • Community Cohesion 

  • Employment and Volunteering 

These grants will only be approved where it is clearly demonstrated that 50% of Hyde residents will benefit from the programme. If you have any question, please contact the Communities Team
